ToshFesh is a non-profit company founded by Mu’taz Al-Sawwaf, whose goal is to help and encourage young and emerging talents in the art of Caricature and Comics spread throughout the Arab world. It highlights their work thus giving them the opportunities they deserve while building a complete online database for those artists. Tosh Fesh publishes a book each year to present various artists, as well as republishing the works of major artist in the area from all Arab countries to reach a wider audience in the Arab world. Tosh Fesh also has an open call for Submitting Comics where the winners are chosen to be published in addition to a cash prize. Tosh Fesh’s Latest works is "Tosh Fesh Journal", which is issued every two months and distributed for free since the beginning of 2019, with the participation of the works of Arab artists.

«طش فش» شركة لا تتوخى الربح، مؤسسها "معتز الصواف"، تهدف إلى مساعدة وتشجيع الشباب والمواهب الصاعدة في فن الكاريكاتور والكوميكس المنتشرة في العالم العربي وتسليط الضوء على أعمالهم لمنحهم الفرص التي يستحقونها، وبناء قاعدة بيانات إلكترونية كاملة لهم.
تقوم طش فش بإصدار كتاب سنوي لتقديم فنانين مختلفين، فضلاً عن إعادة نشر أعمال عظماء في هذا المجال من جميع الدول العربية لتصل إلى جمهور أوسع على مستوى العالم العربي.
كما تطلق دعوات مفتوحة لتقديم "قصص مصورة"، ويتم إختيار الفائزين لنشر أعمالهم، بالإضافة إلى جائزة نقدية.
تصدر طش فش عمل جديد وهو "طش فش جورنال" منذ بداية عام ٢٠١٩، الذي يصدر كل شهرين ويوزع مجاناً، بمشاركة أعمال فنانين عرب.
